Dear Colleagues!

We invite you to take part in the 17th International Asian School-Seminar "Optimization Problems of complex systems".  (OPCS'21).

School-seminar will be held online.

The goal of the school-seminar is to bring together scientists from Russia, Central Asian countries of the CIS and others to conduct joint research, share expertise on a number of problems concerning optimizing complex systems, as well as the transfer of new knowledge to students and recent graduate.

School-seminars will be organized in sections:

Accepted and presented full papers will be submitted to meet IEEE Xplore's scope and quality requirements.
IEEE has agreements with almost all of the top publishers, including Clarivate Analytics (formerly Thomson Reuters), Elsevier (Compendex, ScienceDirect, and Scopus), Google Scholar, ACM, IET etc.
