Dear Colleagues!

We invite you to take part in the 20th International Asian School-Seminar "Optimization Problems of complex systems" (OPCS'24).

School-seminar will be held on the Issyk-Kul lake, Kyrgyzstan (hotel “Ak-Bermet”) and online.

The goal of the school-seminar is to bring together scientists from Russia, Central Asian countries of the CIS and others to conduct joint research, share expertise on a number of problems concerning optimizing complex systems, as well as the transfer of new knowledge to students and recent graduate.

School-seminars will be organized in sections:

Working languages: Russian, Kazakh, English.

The competition for students and young scientists will be held as part of OPCS2024. Young participants whose works will be nominated will be invited free of charge with accommodation at the Ak-Bermet Hotel (Issyk-Kul, Kyrgyzstan) without compensation for travel expenses.

Accepted and presented full papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore Digital Library subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements.
IEEE has agreements with almost all of the top publishers, including Clarivate Analytics (formerly Thomson Reuters), Elsevier (Compendex, ScienceDirect, and Scopus), Google Scholar, ACM, IET etc.
