OPCS'25

Dear Colleagues!

We invite you to take part in the 21th International Asian School-Seminar "Optimization Problems of complex systems" (OPCS'25).  

School-seminar will be held in Russia (Moscow-Novosibirsk) and Kazakhstan (Alma-Ata) in hybrid format 7-17 July 2025.

The goal of the school-seminar is to bring together scientists from Russia, Central Asian countries of the CIS and others to conduct joint research, share expertise on a number of problems concerning optimizing complex systems, as well as the transfer of new knowledge to students and recent graduate. 

School-seminars will be organized in sections:

• Mathematical models and optimization problems in big data analysis and pattern recognition;
• Optimization problems in process managment of computations;
• Optimization problems in socio-economic processes;
• Mathematical methods for solving optimization problems;
• Optimization problems in actual systems modeling;
• Optimization tasks in the construction and operation of geoinformation systems.
• Artificial intelligence in optimization and optimization tasks in artificial intelligence systems.
• Digital twins and their use in optimization of scientific experiments and production process.
• Information security.

Working languages: Russian, Kazakh, English.

Accepted and presented full papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore Digital Library subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements.
IEEE has agreements with almost all of the top publishers, including Clarivate Analytics (formerly Thomson Reuters), Elsevier (Compendex, ScienceDirect, and Scopus), Google Scholar, ACM, IET etc.
